Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the gaadicare.in website and booking the car wash and detailing services operated by Gaadi Care.

1. Scope of Service

Gaadi Care provides professional doorstep car wash, vehicle cleaning, detailing, and maintenance services at the customer's specified location (home, office, etc.) within Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India. By booking a service, you agree to provide a safe working space, access to the vehicle, and necessary permissions required to perform the service at your location.

2. Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

  • Bookings: All service bookings can be made online via our website, WhatsApp, or official business contact channels.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Customers are requested to notify us at least 2 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a booking. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen weather conditions, equipment failure, or logistical issues.

3. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damages

Our team performs a basic assessment of the vehicle before starting the service. Gaadi Care is not liable for any pre-existing damages, faded paint, loose parts, or internal electrical/mechanical issues that were present prior to the cleaning process.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment modes immediately upon completion of the doorstep car wash service. All prices listed on our platform are starting prices and may vary based on the specific condition and size of the vehicle.
