1. Scope of Service
Gaadi Care provides professional doorstep car wash, vehicle cleaning, detailing, and maintenance services at the customer's specified location (home, office, etc.) within Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India. By booking a service, you agree to provide a safe working space, access to the vehicle, and necessary permissions required to perform the service at your location.
2. Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
- Bookings: All service bookings can be made online via our website, WhatsApp, or official business contact channels.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Customers are requested to notify us at least 2 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a booking. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen weather conditions, equipment failure, or logistical issues.
3. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damages
Our team performs a basic assessment of the vehicle before starting the service. Gaadi Care is not liable for any pre-existing damages, faded paint, loose parts, or internal electrical/mechanical issues that were present prior to the cleaning process.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for services can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment modes immediately upon completion of the doorstep car wash service. All prices listed on our platform are starting prices and may vary based on the specific condition and size of the vehicle.

5.Customer Responsibilities
Customers are strictly advised to remove all valuable items, cash, electronics, and personal belongings from their vehicles before the cleaning team begins their work.
​Gaadi Care will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle during the service execution.
​Please ensure that the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible, and legal spot where our team can comfortably and safely perform the car wash without violating local traffic or parking rules.
6​. Limitation of Liability
Gaadi Care ensures the highest level of professional care and premium products for your vehicles. However, we shall not be liable for pre-existing damages, minor scratches hidden under layers of dirt, fading paint, or peeling lacquer on older vehicles. Our liability is strictly limited to the direct service value of the specific package booked.
